Privacy notice

Effective 22 September 2026. What changed: form submissions are now also recorded in our customer records system, Zoho CRM (see "Where it goes"), and the section on analytics and advertising has been rewritten to name every measurement service we use, to describe the advertising data we collect, and to set out the cookie choice this site now offers you. The previous version took effect on 15 September 2026.

Who we are

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us through the forms on this site: your name, email address, company, phone number, and anything you write in a message. The Free Workflow Review form also asks which process you would like to improve.

Each form also records the page it was sent from, the page you first arrived on, and the website or campaign that referred you, so that we know which parts of the site are useful.

Please do not send patient, client or financial records through this site. We do not need them, and the forms are not designed to hold them.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, to prepare anything you have asked for, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Where it goes

When you send a form, it goes to two places. We record it as a lead in Zoho CRM, the customer records system we use to follow up and track each conversation. A copy is also delivered by Web3Forms, a form-handling service, which emails it to us and does not store the message content; that email sits in our Google Workspace mailbox.

This site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

On the live site, Google Tag Manager loads a small number of measurement tags. Google Analytics tells us which pages people read, which links they use, and whether a form was sent. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, so that we can find the layouts and steps that give people trouble. Tags from Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising tell us which of our own campaigns brought a visitor to the site, and allow us to show our advertising to people who have been here before. All of these set cookies in your browser. None of them are loaded on preview versions of the site.

The choice you are offered. Analytics cookies, which cover Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, are set when the page loads. Advertising cookies are held back until you press Accept on the notice at the foot of the page. Choosing "Analytics Only", from the arrow beside that button, leaves them switched off, and the advertising tags then run without storing anything on your device. Your answer is kept in a cookie on this site for 180 days, and you can change it at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

What the advertising tags collect, and what we do with it. The data is standard advertising and measurement data: the pages you viewed, the campaign or website that referred you, general information about your device and browser, and an identifier held in a cookie. We use it for the marketing of Loque Logic and for nothing else. It allows us to measure which of our campaigns bring enquiries and to reach people who have already shown an interest in our work. We do not sell it, we do not trade it, and no other business receives it for that business's own advertising. It stays inside our own accounts with Google and Microsoft, which process it on our behalf under their terms of service.

The chat window on the live site is provided by Zoho SalesIQ, which sets its own cookies so that a conversation is not lost between pages. Its optional cookies follow the choice you make on our notice, so there is one place to decide and not two.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on, and the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and the emails they become for up to three years from our last contact, then delete them, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the services agreement requires, and for as long as tax and legal obligations require after that. Analytics data in Google Analytics is kept for 14 months. Data held by Microsoft Clarity and by the advertising services is kept for the retention period each service applies to our account.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask for a copy of it, by writing to hello@loquelogic.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and any email we send includes a way to do that. To change your cookie answer, use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Children

This site is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the effective date above. Material changes will be described at the top of this page.
