Healthcare operations
One system in place of five, and a smaller support desk
As CEO of a national medical supply company, Chris built the operating stack himself: patient intake, reorder management, ERP and customer support running as one system. AI handled first-tier support and email. Support headcount at the outsourced help desk came down 30% while the business grew 20% year over year, and AI error checking held the order error rate below 1%. All of it inside an operation run under HIPAA.
Operating record
Companies grown, and the systems that ran them
From the infrastructure behind an automotive marketing platform that grew more than 23 times over on five times the headcount, to a CRM he designed and built for commercial real estate brokers, Chris's record is building the software businesses run on, across more than 15 implementations. The full track record is on the about page.
Both of these are Chris's work at earlier companies. Neither is Loque Logic client work, and we won't present them as if they were.
