What you get

One workflow, looked at properly.

The review answers one question: is there something in your business worth automating, and will the benefit justify the cost?

Detailed process mapping and technical discovery come later, in a scoping call, and only if the review says the improvement is worth pursuing.

  1. 01

    A 30-minute conversation

About one recurring process: how it runs today, where it stalls, and who ends up handling it.

  2. 02

The main bottleneck, and what to automate

Where the time actually goes, and the smallest improvement that would change it.

  3. 03

    A short written summary

Estimated hours you could recover, what that could be worth, and a preliminary cost range to implement it, wherever there's enough information to give one honestly.

  4. 04

    A straight recommendation

Whether the improvement is worth pursuing. Sometimes the answer is no, or a setting in software you already have.

Honest estimates

Recovered time isn't the same as saved cash.

Time saved isn't money saved unless something actually changes. So when we estimate what automating it is worth, we keep four outcomes separate.

A workflow can be well worth automating without cutting a single cost. It just has to be clear which kind of benefit you'd be paying for.

  1. 01

    Capacity recovered

Your team has more hours available. Useful, but on its own it doesn't change a bill.

  2. 02

    Cash saved

Overtime, contractors or another expense actually goes down.

  3. 03

    Hiring avoided

A hire you'd planned turns out not to be needed, or can wait.

  4. 04

    Growth enabled

The recovered time turns into more paid work. We count the margin on that work, not the hours again.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Is it really free?
Yes. Thirty minutes on one workflow, and a short written summary afterward. There's no obligation to take it any further.
What should we bring?
One process that slows your team down, and the last time it caused a problem. Rough numbers help, but they aren't required.
What if the answer is a setting in software we already have?
Then that's the recommendation. Configuring what you already pay for is the cheapest improvement there is, and we'd rather tell you than build something you don't need.
What happens after the review?
You get the summary and our recommendation. If the improvement is worth pursuing and you want to go ahead, the next step is an initial scoping call, where the detailed process mapping and technical discovery happen. It ends with a fixed-price proposal, with room built in for small adjustments.
What happens to what we send?
We use it to prepare your review and nothing else. It isn't shared or published.
