Questions people ask

How are projects priced?
At a fixed price. Most automation projects run $3,000 to $12,000, and a simpler or more involved one can come in below or above that. The free review gives you a preliminary range where there's enough information, and the scoping call that follows ends with a proposal and a fixed quote. That price has room built in for small adjustments to scope as the work takes shape. If you want something bigger changed partway through, we write it up as a change order with its own price, and nothing extra starts until you approve it.
Why is support a range rather than one price?
Because it depends on the solution. Most agreements run $250 to $3,000 a month. It can be less or more, depending on how complex the solution is. Most projects are limited in scope and on the lower end of this range. Regardless, the number is agreed during scoping, before the build starts.
Can we buy marketing without a build?
Yes. AI-powered marketing and websites are priced on their own, and both are covered on the AI Marketing page: $750 a month per channel, $2,000 a month for all four, and websites from $1,500.
Is there a long-term contract?
Projects are fixed-price, so there's nothing open-ended about them. Ongoing support is a fixed monthly agreement you can end on 90 days' notice, and ending it changes nothing, because you already own the software.
