Why in person

The slow part of a process is rarely written down.

It lives in how people actually work: the spreadsheet beside the CRM, the sticky note on the monitor, the text to the warehouse.

Half an hour at your office shows us more than a week of emails would. So that's where we start.

  1. 01

A free review at your office

Thirty minutes on one recurring process: how it runs today, where it stalls, and who ends up handling it.

  2. 02

A scoping call, if it's worth it

Process mapping and technical discovery, ending in a fixed-price proposal.

  3. 03

    A build on your systems

Connected to the software you already pay for, in cloud accounts your business owns.

  4. 04

    Handover where you work

We walk your team through it at your office, and leave the documentation behind.

What we automate

The work between your systems.

Most of what we're asked to build falls into a handful of patterns. Yours may be one of these, or something we haven't listed.

01

Leads answered fast

Calls, forms and messages routed to the right person with the details attached, and a reply drafted before anyone has to go looking.

02

Invoices and receivables

Bills read and entered, mismatches flagged, and overdue accounts chased politely on a schedule.

03

Approvals that move

Routine requests go to the right manager within limits you set. Only the exceptions reach the owner.

04

Records that agree

Your CRM, scheduling, billing and payroll compared every day, with any mismatch sent to a person to settle.

05

Reports that build themselves

The numbers you pull together every month, gathered and sent without anyone exporting a spreadsheet.

06

Answers your team can look up

An assistant that knows your procedures, so new people stop depending on the one person who's been there longest.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Do you build automation for businesses in Salt Lake City and Park City?
Yes. Loque Logic builds automation, integrations and AI agents for businesses across Salt Lake City and the rest of the Wasatch Front from North Davis to Provo, plus Park City, Heber City, Summit County and the Wasatch Back. We're based in Park City and meet clients at their own offices.
Is the free workflow review really at our office?
Yes, anywhere in our Utah service area. It's the same free review: 30 minutes on one process that slows your team down, and a short written summary afterward. Video works too, if that's easier.
How much does an automation project cost?
A typical automation build is $3,000 to $12,000. That’s a typical range, not a quote. Your fixed price comes out of scoping, and it can be less or more depending on how complex the work is. Projects are fixed-price, with room for small adjustments and a written change order for anything bigger. Ongoing support is optional and usually $250 to $3,000 a month.
Do we have to replace our software?
Usually not. Your software probably already does more than it's set up to, so most of the work is configuring or connecting what you have. We only recommend replacing a tool or building something when it clearly pays for itself, running costs included.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The code, the repository and the documentation are yours, and the system runs in cloud accounts that belong to your business.
More than one build

Looking for an AI consultant?

Some businesses need more than a single build. They need someone to own their AI tools, vendors, costs and roadmap every month. That's the role of our Fractional AI Automation Director. Plans start at $1,000 a month, with no setup fee and no long-term contract. Anything we build, you own, hosted in your own cloud accounts.
