What the fixed price covers
The build, the training and the switch-over. Discovery with the people who do the work, a written plan, the agent itself and the workflow around it, testing against real examples from your business, and the parallel run until its answers match. You see the price in writing before anything is built, with room for small adjustments and a change order for anything bigger.
What it costs to run
Two things: the model’s usage, billed by the provider, and the hosting. Both run in accounts you own and pay directly, with no markup. For the client systems we’ve published, the model and hosting together are a small part of the monthly picture. The SEO system that publishes across seven dealership websites, for instance, costs about $21 a month1 to run across all seven, estimated.
Support is separate and optional. If you take it, it’s usually $250 to $3,000 a month, with most projects at the lower end, covering monitoring, fixes, model changes and small improvements.
What moves the price
The state of the systems the agent has to work with. Clean software with a usable API is quick. Old tools, messy data and a portal with no API take longer. The number of exceptions matters too, because each one needs a rule or a person to send it to. A simpler agent can come in under the typical range, and a more involved one above it.
